Dr. Reema Gupta Sethi is a dedicated physician and educator rooted in the Detroit area. A native of Troy, MI, she now calls downtown Plymouth home, where she owns and operates Aura Health & Spa. When she is not at work she and her husband are busy raising three children and puppy “Buster”. Dr. Reema’s career is built on a foundation of high-acuity clinical decision-making: after attending Wayne State University School of Medicine and training in Emergency Medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago, she spent over 15 years practicing across three states. This experience instilled a profound commitment to critical assessment, meticulous precision, and patient safety. This unique foundation drives her approach to medical aesthetics. Dr. Reema transitioned into the field to apply her high-level clinical expertise to client confidence, ensuring every result is safe, subtle, and effective. At Aura, she is dedicated to developing fully individualized treatment plans and providing detailed education, fostering true partnership and trust with every patient. As an educator in the aesthetics training program, Dr. Reema brings this comprehensive clinical perspective directly to aspiring providers. She instructs on the essential, transferable skills learned in the emergency room, focusing heavily on risk assessment, anatomical precision, and the art of customization. Her goal is to ensure trainees go beyond simple injection techniques and master the diagnostic skills necessary to craft highly personalized plans and deliver consistently safe, beautiful outcomes.
