Overview
Join our client's extraordinary care team as a Home Health Registered Nurse. Work in a team-based environment to provide management and delivery of patient care plans. Enjoy competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
● Support patients in Jeanette, PA and surrounding areas
● Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
● Self-manage time and schedule efficiently
● Deliver quality patient care

Schedule and Shift Details
● Schedule (Including any on call/weekends): Mon-Fri, 8 hour days, 1 evening of on-call per week (5pm-10pm) and 1 weekend per month (Sat/Sun)

Required Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience with Clinical Quality
• 1+ years of experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Other EMR or TruChart EHR
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL) certification/license
• Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) and American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) certifications/licenses
• 1+ years of experience with Nursing Experience
