Evenings Home Health Registered Nurse

This position supports patients in Murrysville, PA and surrounding areas, providing management and delivery of patient care plans. Key Responsibilities
● Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
● Support patients in Irwin, PA and surrounding areas
● Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
● Self-manage time and schedule

Schedule and Shift Details
● 40 hours per week, weekend shifts

Travel
● Occasional local travel

Required Qualifications
• Associate degree or higher
• 1+ years of experience with TruChart EHR or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Other EMR
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL) certification/license
• Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) certifications/licenses
